Bij de Citadis trams heeft SCS in samenwerking met J.W. Speaker de bestaande halogeen armaturen vervangen voor complete LED modules.\u00a0Voor de RET levert dit een kostenbesparing op in onderhoud en energie. Deze investering wordt dan ook binnen 1 1\/2 jaar terugverdiend. Bijkomend voordeel is de betere lichtopbrengst van de lampen. Trambestuurders hebben daardoor beter zicht op het spoor en bij slechte weersomstandigheden is de zichtbaarheid van de tram ook beter.<\/p>\n
